# Qiro Credit Vaults

Institutional private credit yield for stablecoin holders, underwritten by Qiro and curated by a dedicated Risk Curator.

Qiro Credit Vaults originate private credit facilities for businesses with predictable receivables: cross-border payment processors financing settlement float, private credit funds, and fintech lenders. Every borrower is underwritten by Qiro, and every facility is structured through a bankruptcy-remote SPV that acts as the legal lender.

The result is a two-sided credit market. **Borrowers** raise capital against operating cashflows. **Depositors** hold a vault share that appreciates as those facilities repay, earning yield drawn from credit performance rather than token emissions or trading fees.

Qiro decides who can be funded. A vault's **Risk Curator** decides how much and when, choosing only among borrowers Qiro has already approved.
