# Qiro Short Term Credit Vault

**Vault 1: Qiro Short Term Credit Vault**

**12% APY** | Weekly redemptions | 1 Month lock-up | $25M target | Min. $250K

#### Strategy

Secured advances to KYB'd cross-border payment processors and remittance platforms. Capital is deployed against in-transit settlement flows and processor receivables. The book is continuously revolving: facilities run on 1-3 day cycles (up to 7 days), so capital recycles rapidly and the underlying exposure is always short-dated.

#### Underlying Borrower profile

Cross-border payment processors and remittance platforms. These are companies with high-frequency, predictable settlement flows: the receivables backing each advance are specific, traceable, and short-lived. Qiro's underwriting process KYBs each borrower before any capital is committed.

#### Structure

* Security: overcollateralized, secured by receivables
* Asset : USD1
* Fees: 10% performance fee, 0.5% management fee
* Curator: Qiro

#### Fit

Best for investors who want the highest yield with the shortest effective duration and fastest redemption cadence. The revolving nature of PayFi receivables means the underlying exposure resets frequently, making this the most liquid of the three vaults.
