# Who Can Invest

Eligibility, verification, and minimums for the Qiro Credit Vaults.

Qiro Credit Vaults are private credit products, and access is restricted.

### Who these vaults are for

Qiro vaults are built for institutional and accredited investors:

* Crypto-native funds and asset managers
* DAO treasuries
* Stablecoin issuers
* Family offices and sophisticated allocators

### Requirements

**KYC/KYB verification.** Every investor completes identity or entity verification before they can deposit. Verified investors are recorded onchain; vault shares can only be held by verified addresses.

**Accredited or institutional status.** Participation is limited to investors who qualify as accredited or institutional under the rules of their jurisdiction.

**Minimum investment.**

### Before you allocate

**This is not a liquid product.** Redemptions are asynchronous and there is no guaranteed timeline. Do not allocate capital you may need at short notice. See [Risks](/qiro-vaults/legal-disclosure/risks.md).

**Your shares will be transfer-restricted.** They can move only between verified addresses, including addresses you control yourself. A vault's permissioned status is fixed at deployment.

**Regulatory responsibility is yours.** Private credit investing is regulated in most jurisdictions, and each investor remains responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the law that applies to them.
